ESC INTERNATIONAL GROUP ESC has been designing and producing sheet piles since the late 1980’s, and are now a leading supplier of hot rolled and cold formed sheet piles, supplying a global network. The Group has established offices and manufacturing arms in Malaysia, China , United Arab Emirates, USA, Hong Kong and Singapore. ESC has technical relationships with Chinese, American, Japanese and UAE steel mills. ESC conducts engineering and marketing in conjunction with these mills and as a result ESC has the ability to offer a wide range of hot and cold rolled sheet piles and other shoring solutions. The objective of the ESC Group is to use our wide range of expertise to provide customers with efficient and quality products and services that meet their stated and implied requirements. All sheet piling requirements anywhere in the world can be handled by ESC and its team of engineers and agents.
ESC MIDDLE EAST In January 2007, the ESC Group joint ventured with the Sharafi Group to establish ESC Al Sharafi Group under registered companies “ESC AL SHARAFI STEEL LLC and ESC AL SHARAFI GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC” which have now become the premier provider of Sheet Piling Solutions in the Middle East and Africa. Our emphasis has always been on providing Clients with technically sound and cost effective shoring solutions. Our Engineering team is well equipped and experienced in handling simple to complex shoring problems related to tunnel excavations, port structures, jetties, basement excavations, slope protection etc. The objective lies in understanding the structural needs, assessing the problem and coming up with appropriate and techno-commercially affordable shoring solutions. This ranges from general advice on the Client’s options to engineering support and design, including necessary accessories and other items associated with sheet piling works.
We take pride in being a one-stop Company for Design, Manufacture and Supply of the shoring material – Sheet piles, Tubular Piles, Trench Sheets, Trench Box etc, both temporary as well as permanent. In addition to global steel sourcing and international trading and due to the increasing interest in ESC products and services, ESC has responded by establishing a dedicated manufacturing facility in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We stock new and used sheet piles of various lengths and profiles for supply, rental and buy back services. In addition to stocking the sheet piles, we have manufacturing and fabrication facilities to produce Trench Sheets and Trench Boxes. These Trench Sheets and Trench Boxes are custom made to Client’s requirements in various sizes and profiles specifically designed to the Middle East construction environment.
