The Sales Engineer duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide pre-sale technical support to the team.

  • Develop relationships with customers and provide a high level of support suited to each customer’s requirements.

  • Knowledgeable of all the technical aspects of ESC products to demonstrate their capabilities to assist in project development from the beginning.

  • Review drawings, specifications, standard requirements, and other documents related to project design to ensure that products are applied appropriately.

  • Develop promotional tools using his technical expertise to stay up to date with competitors from a technical perspective to drive effective strategy against the competitors.

  • Detailed understanding to the requirement of the team, customers, and shareholders to help develop a strategy to effectively sell against the competition.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

  • Must be willing to travel within the territory to promote ESC products and to provide project support.

  • Must be able to adhere to ESC’s QHSE policies, procedures and demonstrate willingness to maintain the ISO standards.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring Leads and Opportunities

  • Conduct Product Presentations

  • Develop clear and effective written proposals.

  • Create and maintain adequate documentation.

  • Healthy and able to travel nationwide within the territory.



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

  • With working experience in the related field.

  • Superior organization and attention to detail
